I Hire is a Social enterprise that was created as a side project of Deskritorio Co - working, as we were in the co working environment we saw a that a lot of young people including our team, were either out of a job or underpaid, having a college degree maid it even more difficult to find a job. Young people are the population segment most affected by unemployment in El Salvador, studies show that the majority of national companies only offer low-wage temporary positions affecting the income of families and opportunities for young people. We all have been affected by these factors and that is why we have created I Hire as a source of decent employment for professionals with no previous experience, not only to provide economic income but also to help the person to develop as a professional, we are committed with the constant incentive and education of our team. WHO WE ARE? Created in 2017 by the Deskritorio team, I Hire is a project that believes that young Salvadorian graduates with their talent can change El Salvador. WHAT WE DO?/We create remote job opportunities for unemployed graduates in El Salvador. HOW WE DO IT? Through a friendly e-commerce platform and use of key strategies we introduce to Salvadoran entrepreneurs residing in US the impact they can cause if they hire the remote services at the “I Hire project”. This services are developed by young professionals who get have a job opportunity thanks to them, easily explained “Salvadorians helping Salvadorians”. WHY WE DO IT? We believe young graduates deserve an opportunity developing their carriers, we want them to receive a well-paid salary that allows them to become independent, get access to basic needs like a house, a car, or form a family with economic stability. It is also important for them to have protection and rights, have access to social security and have a good pension, as most of the companies don't provide this.
